LED theater lights available on a simple dimmer light board.

Marketing help for shows and events available via Pan resources and by the Thumbtack Bugle poster service.

Window space available for show posters. Limit 1 posters. 24 by 36 is recommended.

Terms:
Alcohol
Pan Theater does not have a beer/wine or liquor license. No alcoholic beverages are allowed to sold, served or given at Pan Theater. 

Renter agrees to monitor and protect the venue from all illegal alcohol sales or service.

No marketing material can list BYOB or have any mention of alcohol.

Smoking | Open Fire
No smoking allowed in the space for any reason.

Layout and Construction
The theater may not be altered, painted or changed in any way without prior consent. The lights may not be repositioned. Nothing may be attached to walls or ceilings.

Trash and Rubbish
No trash may be left. Trash service is not provided, bring out anything you bring in. You may not use the common areas or restroom to dispose of trash from your event or show.

Capacity
Capacity will not exceed 47 people for any reason or purpose.

The fire lane and restroom access will not be blocked for any purpose.

Lights
All lights, AC and heating will be turned off before leaving.

Door
Door will be locked before leaving.

Sign Out Sheet
Sign Out sheet will be signed and checked by last person in the space.

Payment
All rentals are prepaid. Damage deposit equal to rental term is rental required.
