the Shows Are Done

(Training Troupe Show - Pan  -2013)

Saturday night, 11:22pm and the improv shows for this week are done.

The theater is locked and won't be used again until our Sunday short form troupe meets at 4:30pm. No comedy improv shows in Oakland until next Friday.

The next show is: Tonight's Town.

In the past two days we've had six comedy improv shows.

Friday had our short form training troupe perform at 7pm, the AfTers performed Tonights Town at 8pm and Awkward Face performed at 9pm.

The 7pm show focused on theater games, the 8pm show was a long form narrative format that included performers in costume. The 9pm show was a montage comedy improv show.

Saturday included two harolds performed by our Monday night class and a short form improv show and a long form improv show performed by Awkward Face.

All of the shows were a success. We had a decent crowd at the theater for each set. There were many returning guests and several new guests.

The comedy shows included moments of drama and the support between players and from the local community was strong.

In the past two months Pan performers have booked work in industrials and in commercials. Is it any wonder Pan is becoming the East Bay's leading comedy improv theater?

We've been bringing improv goodness to the Bay Area since February of 2002.
